Travel Trade Consultancy Limited is owned and managed by Matt Purser.

Matt has been in the travel industry since 1989 and is an expert in travel regulations. For 15 years, Matt worked at the Civil Aviation Authority and ATOL where he held a number of different roles. During his time at ATOL he was responsible for:

ATOL Claims and Repatriations - His team was responsible for ensuring that any passengers abroad, were repatriated back to the UK and that any customers due to travel, received refunds

New Applicants - He headed up a team that analysed and assessed new appplicants. He was responsble for taking a decision as to whether a licence could be offered and what terms.

Renewals - Again headed up a team that conducted an anslysis and review. Responsible for taking a decision as to whether a new licence could be offered and on what terms.

In 2004, Matt decided to set up his own consultancy business and use his vast knowledge to assist travel firms in understanding the travel regulations. Since 2004, Travel Trade Consultancy has assisted over 300 firms, and in many cases, we provide ongoing suppport for these companies.
